Northfield Retirement Communities consists of three locations, with each offering a quality work environment. The Residency in Scottsbluff Nebraska offers upscale independent living in a beautiful sprawling campus. The Vista in Gering Nebraska offers the same independent living services with a more Midwestern relaxed flavor. The Villa, also in Gering Nebraska is a community that offers independent living with a great view of the historic Scottsbluff Monument. While each of our employees has a favorite facility they work at, they all agree each has its own unique appeal and they enjoy having the opportunity to work at all of our locations.
