Position Status: Full Time
Primary Duties: The groundskeeper performs grounds maintenance which includes mowing with both riding and hand powered mowers, trimming with gas powered equipment, and the installation and repair of underground sprinkler systems. This groundskeeper will be responsible for planting and upkeep of annual and perennial flower beds, mulching of flower beds, trees and shrubs. They will also assist with snow removal of all entrances and side walks, and assist with preventative maintenance on groundskeeping equipment.
Minimum Qualifications: Previous grounds maintenance, landscaping and pruning experience strongly desired. Current applicators license or the capablility to obtain certification desired. Candidates must have at least one year of commercial grounds experience. Must be able to work outside in extreme hot and cold weather conditions. Must be at least 18 years old, and have a valid motor vehicle license with a clean driving record.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6am to 2:30pm
Week/Holiday Schedule: As needed for snow removal or special activities

Pay: Starting pay ranges between $9.59 and $11.51
