Position Type: Nursing
Position Status: Full Time
Primary Duties: The Clinical Shift Coordinator contributes to the on-going nursing process and plan of care for our assisted living residents by observation and data collection. They evaluate and document resident care for adult geriatric residents and supervise clinical employees working on shift. Duties also include taking call during off-hours. This position requires you to be licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Nebraska without restrictions.
Minimum Qualifications: LPN licensure in the State of Nebraska. Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably with geriatric patients. Candidates must be able to be flexible with the shift schedule, as needed. Ideal candidates will be those with strong clinical skills, good critical thinking skills, organizational skills, supervisory ability and the ability to provide outstanding customer service to our residents, their families and to other coworkers and staff.
Schedule: Mainly day shifts, but hours can vary.
Week/Holiday Schedule: May include some weekends
