Position Status: Full Time

Primary Duties: Under the direct supervision of the Claims Manager, the Customer Service Rep answers client/member/provider questions regarding medical/dental claims. They may also take direction from other management staff to effectively perform function. The CSR may also be assigned specific groups for whom they will perform claims processing functions.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must have a minimum of either a High School diploma or G.E.D. Candidates must have demonstrated prior successful experience appropriately communicating with diverse external customers answering complex and sometimes emotional questions. Candidates must have the ability to understand and synthesize claims/customer service software as it relates to RCI's business. They must also have the ability to work effectively with internal staff in problem solving and resolving claims questions.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
