Position Status: Full Time
Primary Duties: This position will interpret medical & dental claims and pay claims according to the health plan design of multiple employers. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to meet weekly & monthly deadlines. Accuracy is a key skill to be a successful claims analyst. This person must be able to respond to customer inquiries in a professional & timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, have good decision-making ability, be adaptable within a constantly changing environment, and have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Must have a strong attention to detail, accuracy, excellent critical thinking skills, good computer skills, good customer service ability, good teamwork and a flexible attitude. Medical and/or insurance experience is preferred, but not required.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Week/Holiday Schedule:
