Primary Duties: The Executive Assistant provides administrative support for the Administrative offices, including the President/CEO and other executive staff, as needed. They will also serve as the Officer/Corporate Secretary for Regional West Health Services and subsidiaries, including all committees relating to those corporations. They will be held to a high standard for the quality of meeting minutes taken, so they must have a strong skill set relative to that task. They must also comply with all legal and business requirements for supporting RWHS and affiliate boards relative to meetings, record keeping membership files and records. They will coordinate the logistics of trainings, meetings, and make travel arrangements, as needed. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the general supervision of the Administrative Secretaries, ensuring appropriate staffing of administrative offices, managing performance of the secretaries, and verifying time for payroll purposes.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Prefer two years of college or occupationally specific training beyond high school, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years advanced administrative support experience in a busy office environment is required. Supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to take high-quality corporate meeting minutes, which is essential in order to be successful in this position. Candidates must have demonstrated computer experience and possess excellent typing, spelling, grammar and written communication skills. They must also be able to provide excellent customer service to a wide variety of individuals. Candidates should have exceptional telephone etiquette, strong critical thinking, comprehension and analytical skills, and should be able to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality. Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm; May occasionally need to work earlier or later for meetings
