Western Nebraska Community College is a comprehensive community college that has served the Nebraska Panhandle area with distinction since 1926. The College offers programs and services at it’s three sites of Scottsbluff, Sidney, and Alliance providing services to constituents in it’s 17,000 square mile district. WNCC offers a variety of academic and vocational programs that lead to over sixty three degree emphases, ten diplomas, and thirteen different certificates. In addition, the College offers a wide array of programming to meet the training needs of business and industry, continuing education for area professionals, as well as, community-based education that is avocational, recreational, or of personal interest for community residents. The College enjoys an enrollment of about 9,500 credit and non-credit students per year.
